《出風懶分享 - 上》


我女send 咗幅相比我,然後錄音話:


「我今日突然出風癩,腸胃吾係好好。可能多咗曳曳菌,應該係婆婆琴日靜靜雞俾咗啲火腿芝士潛艇俾我食he he he ... 宜家要食Life 9 啦,仲要用DiGize, Patchouli, Ginger 搽肚!」


佢係三個小朋友入面腸胃較弱嘅,菌種有失衡時候,又係時候要搞搞佢。

細女琴日中午出風懶,好快消散。到夜晚1點醒咗話有啲痕,我見佢背,手臂同腳又出咗一達達一嚿嚿,o-ring佢身體當然啲洩洩菌/微生物未清(天氣濕身體濕做就最好環境比微生物在腸道繁殖),我就同佢用咗只有美國先有得買嘅CBD rub 搽風懶,涼涼哋嘅感覺,然后就比咗佢食:


- 2滴 DiGize + 2滴 Patchouli

- 1 粒 ParaFree (杜蟲/寄生蟲)

- 1 粒 Detoxzyme


另外之前食飯亦比咗:

- 1粒 Allerzyme

- 1粒 Mightyzyme

- 1粒 Life 9益生菌


點解要咁多 enzymes 酵素?酵素功效主要係幫助分解、消化食物。因為突然腸道失衡誘發一連串敏感反應,所以會用到不同種類嘅酵素增加免疫力及抵抗力。酵素具有清除體內垃圾,保持腸胃裏細菌和細胞平衡、促進消化以達到加強自身免疫平衡。


至於益生菌呢?益生菌會在人體消化系統內繁殖,能產生幫助維持順暢、維持菌種平衡的好處。所以要保持益菌量,才可以平衡或防止壞菌失衡繁殖。


所以結論係,要處理風懶,只需要處理好腸胃細菌及微生物就已經可以解決到問題啦!
