濕疹 bye bye

1. 戒口: 濕疹絕對要戒 dairy、芝士、菇類、糖或甜食和麵包 (其實要戒好多種類的,但這幾項是必要。可參考附件。)


2. 注重皮膚乾爽但亦要保濕

可以試用以下稀釋1比5 Roman Chamomile/ Tea Tree/ Myrrh/ Manuka搽患處。但因為精油排毒反應太快,會把身體內的菌盡快排走,所以反應大好多朋友難以接受。所以建議要稀釋足夠。Young living 既 Rose Ointment 或 Coconut Lime Replenishing Body Butter 及v6 是近期好多朋友用在濕疹皮膚不錯的選擇。


3. Boost immunity. 如果你有聽過introduction / essential oil basics 的講座,都有建議所有人提升免疫力,那麼霉菌念珠菌之類菌種是較難 overcharge 身體。你可以用 Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin B。Young Living 只有 Vit C 及 B 供應。OmegaGize 及Sulfurzyme 對皮膚細胞修復好好。


4. 保持排便正常. 可以用 probiotics 益生菌, 可以用Young Living Life 9。要保持腸道內好壞菌平衡。好菌壞菌失衡會導致很多皮膚(濕疹)或呼吸道(鼻敏感)問題。


5. 另外要注意消化道吸收及排走毒素機制正常,可以減少腸道問題如腸滲漏的發生,避免毒素在腸道內回流到血液引致皮膚問題惡化。可以利用酵素幫助消化機制運作,如Essentialzyme, Essentialzyme-4, Detoxzyme, Allerzyme


6. 另外有些精油特別用來處理無菌或菌類衍生的皮膚問題。例如 Oregano, Thyme, Tea Tree, Thieves, Clove, Rosemary, Copaiba, etc. 但這些精油一定要內服,避免外用以至身體排毒反應過強。


7. 總之皮膚出現任何問題是由於身體內出了問題。所以要處理好內在問題先能夠有靚靚皮膚。


8. 如果好迫切要舒緩痕癢,就快快試用Rose Ointment/ Coconut Lime Replenishing Body Butter ,攞15ml 左右然後在入面加4滴 Myrrh / Tea Tree / Roman Chamomile/ Manuka (或選任何兩款),溝勻,用薄薄一層搽患處。


重點 :千祈唔好搽類固醇 !好似好得快,但下一次就更大範圍爆發,以及會削弱皮膚底層免疫力!
